Where is the Alex Hotel & Spa located?
The Alex Hotel & Spa is located in the heart of Marseille, in the immediate vicinity of Saint-Charles train station (200 meters away) and a 15-minute walk from the Old Port.
What types of accommodation do you offer?
We offer 33 rooms and 12 apartments (Urban Loft), all air-conditioned and unique.
Each accommodation features a flat-screen TV, iPod docking station, electric kettle, safe, and a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
Rooms, suites, and apartments can accommodate between 1 and 4 people, depending on the category chosen.
What equipment and services do you offer?
As a 3-star boutique hotel, we offer: an Urban Spa with hammam, sauna, massages and small pool, breakfast, the Lounge Bar Le 1713, a 24-hour reception, free WIFI, a meeting room, luggage storage, a shared lounge, free newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry service and a business center.
Do you offer a catering service?
We offer breakfast and the 1713 Lounge Bar where you can order drinks and enjoy a friendly atmosphere. You can also find Vrai & Bon jars of ready-made meals to heat up on-site. For example, we offer a "Main Course + Dessert" menu for €16.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM and check-out must be before 12:00 PM for rooms, and before 11:00 AM for lofts.
Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Our establishment is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Do you accept pets?
Small pets are allowed at the hotel, on request and at an additional cost of €12 per night.
